1. DELIVERY TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
Cuiroma Group ships its handcrafted creations worldwide via premium international express shipping services, among the most reliable in the world.
Our main logistics partners are:
FedEx International Priority, DHL Express, and in some cases UPS Express.
In about 90% of shipments, packages are delivered via FedEx Express Priority, our main partner.
Depending on the destination or logistical constraints, your order may also be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express.
This does not affect the quality of service or the speed of delivery in any way.
2. DELIVERY RATES
Delivery fees are calculated based on 24 EUR, depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
The exact price is displayed before the order confirmation, before any payment.
3. MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING TIMES
Each product is handcrafted after the order is received.
These are not products in stock, nor industrial products, nor imported products.
Each piece is a handcrafted creation made by 4 to 5 artisans specialized in the workshops of the Medina of Fès.
The manufacturing and processing time is generally 1 to 8 business days.
This deadline can be extended up to 20 days during certain periods:
- Eid al-Adha
- Eid al-Fitr
- Periods of vacation for craftsmen
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
This number allows you to track your package in real time until its delivery.
5. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can change your delivery address as long as the order has not been shipped.
The modification is possible to any country.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier and the tracking number generated, no modifications are possible.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS
A delay of 15 to 20 days does not mean that the order is lost.
Each order is made individually and requires artisanal production time.
