TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&C) – SANDALERO.COM


PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Sandalero.com (hereinafter the “Website” or the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity purchasing products through the Website (hereinafter the “Customer”).

These T&C define all rights and obligations applicable to any order placed on the Website.

Any order implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.


ARTICLE 1 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION

1.1 Sole entity – Production and logistics

All production operations, artisanal manufacturing, quality control, order preparation, and shipping are handled by:

All products are handmade in Fès using traditional artisanal techniques.


ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products are handcrafted artisanal items.

Each item is unique and may present natural variations (color, texture, stitching, finishing). These variations are inherent to the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.

Product images are non-contractual and for illustrative purposes only.

The Seller reserves the right to improve or modify its products at any time without prior notice.


ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD).

They do not include shipping costs or potential customs duties.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

The Seller may change prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.


ARTICLE 4 – CUSTOMS AND TAXES

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import VAT depending on the destination country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The Seller is not responsible for the amount of these charges, which are determined exclusively by local authorities.


ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

Any order constitutes a binding commitment subject to acceptance by the Seller.

The order becomes final after confirmation by email.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of fraud, anomaly, or violation of these T&C.


ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via SSL and PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Accepted payment methods include international bank cards, PayPal, and other secure payment solutions.

No banking data is stored by the Seller.


ARTICLE 7 – INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

CUIROMA GROUP SARL ships its creations worldwide via FedEx International Priority and DHL Express, offering door-to-door delivery directly from its workshops in Fès to the Customer’s address.

Shipping fees are borne by the Customer and start from 24 EUR depending on destination and parcel weight. The exact amount is displayed before order confirmation.

The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

A tracking number from FedEx or DHL is provided by email upon shipment, allowing real-time tracking.

Parcels are carefully packed with premium protective materials suitable for artisanal goods.

Address changes are only possible before shipment. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, no modification is possible.


ARTICLE 8 – TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk transfers to the Customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

The Seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after shipment.


ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason, except legal exceptions.

Exception: personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and complete.

In case of non-conforming, defective, or transport-damaged products, the Customer may contact customer service at contact@cuiroma.com to request an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case).

Requests must be submitted as soon as possible after receipt, with supporting evidence (photos if necessary).

Eligible refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after return validation.


ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

Products benefit from legal conformity warranties.

Artisanal variations do not constitute defects.

In case of confirmed defect, repair, replacement, or refund may be offered.


ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY

The Seller cannot be held responsible for transport delays, customs blocks, or external events beyond its control.

The Seller’s liability is limited to the order amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and delivery.

It may be shared with shipping carriers for contract execution.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill legal and commercial obligations.


ARTICLE 13 – COOKIES

The Website uses only essential technical cookies required for its proper functioning.

No advertising or tracking cookies are used.


ARTICLE 14 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.


ARTICLE 15 – FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller is not responsible for events beyond its control.

These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or logistics disruptions.


ARTICLE 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Fès, Morocco.


ARTICLE 17 – GOVERNING LAW

These T&C are governed by Moroccan law.

The Customer may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence where applicable.


ARTICLE 18 – ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE

Data recorded (emails, orders, payments) constitutes valid proof of transactions.


ARTICLE 19 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&C before placing any order.
